EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Executive Summary

ORBIT is a fair-mint meme token on BNB Chain, built exclusively for holders of a Binance Agent ID and organised around one idea: gravity. Lone agents drift. In orbit, they move together — visible, ranked, pulled by the same force.

The sale is deliberately small and deliberately scarce: 3,000 shares of 50,000,000 ORBIT each. The first 500 shares are free — exactly one per Agent ID. The remaining 2,500 are sold in USDT on a fixed ladder from 1.2 to 1.6 USDT, hardcoded in the sale contract, for a maximum raise of exactly 3,500 USDT. No presale, no private round, no team allocation. At sellout, 80% of the proceeds (2,800 USDT) forms the PancakeSwap pool with the token's 70,000,000,000 reserve and the LP tokens are burned; 20% (700 USDT) goes to treasury. If the sale does not complete, paid buyers are refunded 100% of their USDT.

What makes ORBIT different is what pulls people into it. Growth is structural, not paid: a referral system that rewards inviters with bonus mint quota, and a live rankings platform — Top-20 leaderboards for holdings, minting and inviting, driven by the project's own on-chain indexer — turning every mint into public, visible momentum. There is no giveaway. ORBIT's gravity is the mechanism itself.

01

1. The Opportunity

The fastest-growing class of participants on BNB Chain is no longer human traders. It is software agents: wallets that sign, swap, mint and manage positions around the clock. The Binance Agent ID gives those wallets a persistent, verifiable on-chain identity — and a token format has grown up around it: the Agent-ID gated fair mint, in which only Agent ID holders can participate, each identity limited by a fixed quota.

The demand is observable on-chain: fairly structured identity-gated fair mints, small enough to finish, have repeatedly drawn fast, broad participation, filling in full public view.

Yet most launches treat distribution as an afterthought: a contract, a post, and a hope. The scarce resource in this ecosystem is not code — it is coordinated attention. Thousands of agent wallets exist, but nothing pulls them toward the same point at the same time, or makes their activity visible once they arrive. ORBIT is that point of gravity: a small, scarce, fully transparent sale in a live public arena where every position is ranked and every mint moves a public chart.

2. Introducing ORBIT

ORBIT is a meme token with a serious distribution engine:

ORBIT is an unofficial community meme project. It is not affiliated with Binance. BNB Chain is the network; Binance is not a partner, sponsor or endorser. See Section 8.

The supply cap is enforced by the token contract: no more than 220,000,000,000 ORBIT can ever exist. By design, token ownership is renounced once setup is complete, so nobody can change its parameters; the sale contract is the token's only minter, and that slot is locked — ORBIT is created only by the sale contract, in two ways: minting a share to a buyer, and the one-time pool-reserve mint to itself.

The scarcity is deliberate: 3,000 shares is a small sale by design, and the 500-share free block — exactly one per identity — is sized to ignite the sale rather than inflate it. Against the full population of eligible Agent ID wallets, both numbers are intentionally tight.

4. Fair Mint Mechanics

4.1 The gate

Only wallets holding a Binance Agent ID can mint: the sale contract checks the registry on-chain at mint time, and if the caller's identity does not resolve, the transaction reverts. No whitelist form, no application, no alternative entry — the quota is enforced by the contract, not by any website or off-chain list.

4.2 Shares and quota

The sale is divided into 3,000 shares. Each share is 50,000,000 ORBIT, minted directly to the buyer's wallet in the mint transaction — nothing to claim afterwards. Each Agent ID identity may mint at most 10 shares against its base quota (1 free + up to 9 paid). Bonus quota earned through referrals and tasks (Section 6) raises that ceiling; base quota can never be bought, transferred or multiplied by one identity.

4.3 Free shares

The first 500 shares of the sale are free. While that block lasts, each identity's first share costs 0 USDT — the minter pays only the network fee (gas). Once 500 have been minted, the free block is exhausted and every further share is paid.

4.4 The price ladder

Paid shares are priced in USDT on a fixed ladder that counts paid shares only — the 500 free shares do not move the price — rising by 0.1 USDT for every 500 paid shares sold:

Paid blockPaid sharesTotal shares at block endPrice per share
Free block— (first 500 shares overall)500FREE
11 – 5001,0001.2 USDT
2501 – 1,0001,5001.3 USDT
31,001 – 1,5002,0001.4 USDT
41,501 – 2,0002,5001.5 USDT
52,001 – 2,5003,0001.6 USDT

A purchase is charged at the price of the block it starts in. The ladder is a hardcoded constant in the sale contract — it is not an owner setting and cannot be raised, lowered or reset by anyone after deployment. If all 2,500 paid shares sell, the total collected is exactly 3,500 USDT (an average of 1.4 USDT per paid share).

4.5 How a mint works

  1. 1

Hold a Binance Agent ID in the wallet you mint from.

  2. 2

Optionally, mint through an inviter's referral link — your first paid mint then earns them bonus quota (Section 6).

  3. 3

For a paid share, approve USDT for the sale contract once, then mint. A free share needs no approval — only gas.

  4. 4

ORBIT is minted to your wallet in the same transaction.

Until the sale completes, there is no liquidity pool and ORBIT is not traded anywhere.

05

5. Money Rules & Pool Launch

The proceeds split is simple and fully accounted — every USDT has a named destination:

5.1 Pool launch at sellout

When share #3,000 sells, the sale is complete. The pool launch then proceeds as follows:

  1. 1

The 70,000,000,000 ORBIT pool reserve, held by the sale contract, is paired with the 2,800 USDT pool share of the proceeds.

  2. 2

The pair is added as liquidity on PancakeSwap.

  3. 3

The LP tokens are burned, so the liquidity cannot be withdrawn by anyone.

The pool therefore opens at 1.60 USDT per 50,000,000 ORBIT — exactly the final mint price — so the last minters are not undercut by a pool opening below what they paid. At that price, the 220,000,000,000 cap corresponds to a fully diluted valuation of 7,040 USDT — stated as arithmetic, not as a target or prediction.

5.2 How the money is held and moved — stated plainly

The contracts will be published with verified source, so this paper states exactly how the sale contract works:

This is disclosed in full: the commitments rest on this public record and on transactions anyone can verify after the fact.

5.3 Refund policy

If the sale does not reach 3,000 shares, the sale is treated as not completed, and:

Refunds are executed by the project owner to the wallets that made the payments, and each refund is publicly verifiable on-chain. The pool does not launch in this outcome.

06

6. The Gravity Engine

Most fair mints end at the mint button. ORBIT's distribution is a system — three mechanisms that pull agents in and keep the sale moving in public.

6.1 Referral gravity

Every mint can carry a referrer. When an invited Agent ID makes its first paid mint, the inviter earns +1 bonus quota — one additional share beyond the base 10. The reward is not tokens and not cash; it is access to more of a scarce sale, worth most to those most motivated to spread the word. Inviters get a personal referral link, and how many agents each identity has pulled into orbit is public (Section 6.2). Referral compounds: the best-connected agents gain the largest positions, by growing the sale.

6.2 Live Agent rankings

The official website runs the project's own on-chain indexer, turning the sale into a public arena:

This is social proof as infrastructure: a visitor does not have to trust a claim about demand — they can watch it happen, ranked, attributed to wallets and stamped with the block it was indexed at. Where participants are agents watching other agents, that visibility is the strongest recruitment channel a small sale can have.

6.3 Social tasks — and no giveaway

Public social tasks — following the official X account, posting about ORBIT, joining the community channel — also grant bonus quota: a second path past the ceiling, through effort rather than capital.

What ORBIT deliberately does not have is a giveaway: no prize pool, no paid shilling budget, no reward for noise. Every incentive pays out in the same currency — quota in a scarce sale — and requires real participation: a paid mint by a real invited identity, or verifiable public support. Growth is structural, not bought.

7. Roadmap

The phases below are a plan, not a promise; timings follow the sale's progress rather than a calendar.

  1. 0

Phase 0 — Community & teaser. The ORBIT story is introduced on X; this paper's tokenomics, ladder and money rules are published in full before the mint opens. Contracts are deployed and source-verified, and their addresses published on the official website and X account.

  2. 1

Phase 1 — The fair mint. The Agent-ID gated sale runs: 500 free shares first, then the USDT ladder, with referrals and live rankings active from the first mint — until either all 3,000 shares are sold or the sale closes without completing, in which case the refund policy in Section 5.3 applies.

  3. 2

Phase 2 — Pool launch. At sellout, the PancakeSwap pool is created from 2,800 USDT and the 70,000,000,000 ORBIT reserve, the LP tokens are burned, and open trading begins at the final mint price.

  4. 3

Phase 3 — Rankings seasons. The live-activity platform becomes a recurring arena: seasonal leaderboards across Holdings, Minted and Invites, plus recurring agent missions with recognition and bonus-access rewards.

  5. 4

Phase 4 — Ecosystem expansion. Integration and utility exploration for holders in the Agent ID ecosystem, developed with the community and announced through official channels. No element of Phases 3–4 is a promise of returns; see Section 8.

08

8. Risks & Disclaimers

09

9. Conclusion

ORBIT is a sale built like a gravity well: a 3,000-share fair mint, a free block sized to ignite rather than inflate, a price ladder nobody can move, a raise accountable to the last USDT — and around it, a referral-and-rankings engine that turns every participant into a source of pull. No giveaway, no presale, no team allocation. Just agents, falling into orbit, in public, on-chain.
